Italian Speaking Telesales Executive
We are currently recruiting for an Italian Speaking Telesales Executive to join a growing business based in Birmingham City Centre (B3) .
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous sales, telesales, customer service, or B2B experience who is confident communicating in both Italian and English .
Salary: £12.71 - £14.00 per hour (DOE)
Location: Birmingham (B3)
Working Pattern: Hybrid working available, office-based Monday to Thursday, work from home on Fridays.
Key Responsibilities
- Making outbound calls to existing and prospective customers.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Promoting products and services to generate sales opportunities.
- Managing customer enquiries in both Italian and English.
- Updating CRM systems and maintaining accurate records.
- Achieving individual and team targets.
Requirements
- Fluent Italian and English communication skills.
- Previous telesales, sales, customer service, or account management experience.
- Strong telephone manner and relationship-building skills.
- Confident, self-motivated, and target-driven approach.
- Good IT and administration skills.
