Customer Service - Logistics / Parcel Experience
We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service professional with experience in the logistics or parcel industry for a temp-to-perm opportunity.
Role details:
- Salary: £28,000-£30,000 per annum
- Hourly rate: £14.36-£14.87 per hour
- Contract: Temporary to permanent
- Experience: Customer service within logistics, courier or parcel operations
Key responsibilities:
- Handling customer enquiries and resolving delivery-related issues.
- Tracking parcels and providing shipment updates.
- Liaising with drivers, depots and internal teams.
- Managing delivery queries, complaints and escalations.
- Maintaining accurate records and providing excellent customer service.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous customer service experience within logistics, courier or parcel operations.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good attention to detail and a customer-focused approach.
