Working days: Monday to Friday

- Day shift: 7:00am - 5:00pm
- Night shift: 7:00pm - 5:00am

The Role
Jobsworth Recruitment is currently looking for an experienced Powder Coater / Industrial Sprayer to join a busy production team.
You will be working on a track-based production line, coating large metal components as they move along the line. This role requires someone who can work efficiently at production pace while ensuring every component receives a consistent, high-quality finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Powder coat large components as they move along the production line.
- Assess each component and determine the correct spraying technique to achieve full coverage.
- Ensure all edges, corners and hard-to-reach areas are properly coated.
- Apply an even coating to the required thickness across components of varying sizes and lengths.
- Inspect finished products to ensure consistent coverage and quality.
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe spraying environment.
- Follow all relevant health and safety procedures.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in powder coating or industrial spraying.
- Experience working on a moving, track-based production line is highly desirable.
- A good understanding of coating thickness, coverage and finish quality.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
- A reliable, hardworking attitude and good timekeeping.
