Location: South Normanton, DE55 2FH
Salary: £29,000 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 09:30 - 18:00
Overtime: Saturday mornings 08:00 - 12:00 on a rota basis (paid as overtime)
We are currently recruiting for a Parts Sales Advisor to join a busy and growing depot based in South Normanton.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced parts professional with strong customer service and sales skills to become part of a successful team. The role involves handling customer enquiries, identifying and supplying parts, processing orders and building strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Dealing with customer enquiries via phone, email and face-to-face
- Identifying and sourcing the correct vehicle or machinery parts
- Processing orders accurately and efficiently
- Building and maintaining customer relationships
- Maximising sales opportunities and promoting products
- Managing stock enquiries and availability checks
- Liaising with suppliers and internal departments
- Maintaining accurate records and system updates
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience within a parts sales, parts advisor or automotive parts role
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Confident using computer systems and parts databases
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- A proactive and positive approach to work
Package
- £29,000 annual salary
- Overtime available for Saturday rota shifts
