The predicted salary is between 12 - 15 Β£ per hour.
Main Role: To ensure that all company products are cooked according to set recipes and guidelines, maintaining quality control throughout. To assist Team manager with department activity and staff.
Main Duties:
- Make sure all allergens are kept separately to avoid cross contamination.
- Cook batches as required using set ingredient weights, recipes sheets and batch codes.
- Record temperatures during the cooking procedure.
- Clean as you go policy to be adopted to maintain high levels of food hygiene at all times whilst adhering to health and safety standards.
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assist with the cleaning and organisation of kitchen and equipment.
- Restock items as needed throughout the shift.
- Adhere to all food hygiene & safety standards, ensuring hand hygiene is always adhered to.
- Report any serious incidents to upper management, such as machine failure or broken facilities.
- Be flexible within work hours to assist in other Departments throughout the Company.
- Undertake any duties set to you by the Management Team that will assist in the day-to-day running of the factory, providing training has been carried out.

Shift Pattern: Friday - 7am to 4pm (30-minute unpaid break), Saturday β 7am to 4pm (30-minute unpaid break).
