We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Class Teacher to join a welcoming and well-resourced primary school in Northamptonshire. This is an exciting opportunity for an inspirational practitioner who is passionate about delivering high-quality teaching and ensuring every child achieves their full potential across a broad and balanced curriculum. You will be responsible for delivering engaging, inclusive and well-planned lessons across KS1 and/or KS2, supporting pupils of varying abilities, and contributing to a positive and collaborative school environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver creative, engaging and differentiated lessons in line with the primary curriculum
  • Assess, track and support pupil progress to ensure strong outcomes for all learners
  • Create a safe, stimulating and inclusive classroom environment
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff and leadership teams
  • Support pupils' personal, social and emotional development
  • Contribute to wider school life, enrichment activities and curriculum development
Candidate Requirements
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching in a primary setting (KS1 or KS2 desirable)
  • Ability to plan and deliver engaging lessons across mixed ability groups
  • Strong classroom management skills
