About the Role

  • Supporting pupils to access learning through differentiated, mainstream curriculum pathways
  • Building consistent, trusting relationships that promote emotional safety and regulation
  • Applying therapeutic approaches such as restorative practice and trauma-informed care
  • Supporting small group and 1:1 interventions for both academic and emotional development
  • Helping pupils develop coping strategies, resilience, and positive behaviours for learning
  • Managing and de-escalating behaviours through calm, reflective, and supportive responses

What We're Looking For

  • Can confidently adapt a mainstream curriculum to meet diverse needs
  • Builds strong, professional relationships with pupils who may have experienced adversity
  • Remains calm, patient, and adaptable in challenging situations
  • Is committed to ongoing learning and reflective practice

What We Offer
