Simply Education is working in partnership with a mainstream primary school in Northamptonshire to recruit a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support within the school's SEND provision. This is a fantastic opportunity for a caring and committed individual to support children with a range of additional needs within a nurturing and inclusive primary school environment. You will play a key role in helping pupils access learning, build confidence, and develop independence both academically and socially.
The Role:
- Full-time, permanent Teaching Assistant position
- Supporting pupils within the school's SEND provision
- Working 1:1 and in small groups to support learning and engagement
- Delivering and supporting targeted interventions to meet individual needs
- Assisting class teachers with learning activities, preparation, and behaviour support
- Promoting a positive, structured, and inclusive learning environment
- Supporting pupils' emotional wellbeing and social development throughout the school day
