Simply Education is working in partnership with a mainstream primary school in Northamptonshire to recruit a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support within the school's SEND provision. This is a fantastic opportunity for a caring and committed individual to support children with a range of additional needs within a nurturing and inclusive primary school environment. You will play a key role in helping pupils access learning, build confidence, and develop independence both academically and socially.

The Role:

  • Full-time, permanent Teaching Assistant position
  • Supporting pupils within the school's SEND provision
  • Working 1:1 and in small groups to support learning and engagement
  • Delivering and supporting targeted interventions to meet individual needs
  • Assisting class teachers with learning activities, preparation, and behaviour support
  • Promoting a positive, structured, and inclusive learning environment
  • Supporting pupils' emotional wellbeing and social development throughout the school day

  • Experience working with children or young people (SEND experience desirable)
