Simply Education is working in partnership with a secondary school in Stockport to recruit a Qualified English Teacher for a long-term, full-time position.
Your Role:
- Teach English across the secondary curriculum
- Deliver engaging, well-structured lessons that support student progress
- Complete full planning, preparation, and marking responsibilities
- Maintain effective classroom and behaviour management
- Adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of a range of learners
What We're Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Specialism in English, or strong experience teaching the subject
- A minimum of 6 months' experience working within a UK secondary school
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- A flexible, professional approach with a commitment to student achievement
