Job Description Education Learning Support Practitioner Location: Minehead, Somerset Hourly Rate: £11.72 – £12.78 Annual Salary: £22,554.34 – £24,593.46 (FTE £24,378.00 – £26,582.00) Hours: 40 hours per week Term time plus additional days and training (42 weeks per year) Contract: 12-month FTC Join our team at a specialist college and training hotel for young people with learning disabilities, located in the friendly seaside town of Minehead. Our program is dedicated to transforming lives by equipping students with essential skills, knowledge, and confidence to shape their futures independently. We focus on preparing young adults for sustainable employment in the hospitality industry and empowering them to live independently. The main purpose of the role: As an Education Learning Support Practitioner, you will assist students across all areas of vocational training and support the operations of the hotel business.
