Create lesson plans and engage in self-reflection to assess outcomes.

Participate in the review of Statements, EHC plans, PEP, and LAC reviews.
As a SEN Teacher with Simply Education, you will provide high-quality teaching to children and young people with SEMH and other complex needs, including anxiety-related challenges and behaviours. Some students may have multiple learning difficulties, and experience working with SEMH or ASD is essential., * PGCE, Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), or an equivalent teaching qualification, along with evidence of in-service training.
- Experience working in a special school environment, particularly with pupils who have SEMH needs.
Desirable:

Postgraduate diploma in SEN.

Experience delivering a differentiated curriculum to students with a range of learning needs., Successful applicants will be subject to pre-employment safeguarding checks, including an enhanced DBS check.
