About the Role

As a Supply Teacher, you will play a vital role in maintaining continuity of learning and ensuring pupils remain engaged and motivated in the absence of their regular class teacher. Assignments may range from daily cover to long-term placements, depending on your availability and career goals. Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering engaging, well-structured lessons in line with the school curriculum
• Managing classroom behaviour effectively and maintaining a positive learning environment
• Adapting quickly to different classroom settings and school cultures
• Encouraging pupil participation, confidence, and progress
• Following school policies and safeguarding procedures at all times
• Providing clear feedback to teaching staff and school leaders where required
