We are recruiting a confident HLTA to join a mainstream secondary school in Oldham, supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN). This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Teaching Assistant ready to step up into an HLTA role, supporting pupils with additional needs.
The Role:
- Support SEN students across KS3 & KS4
- Deliver interventions and in-class support
- Adapt learning to individual needs
- Work closely with teachers and SENCO
- Promote engagement, confidence, and progress
You Will Need:
- Experience supporting children with SEN
- A / LSA / HLTA experience
- Strong communication and behaviour support skills
