We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic Early Years Assistant to join one of our partner nurseries dedicated team on a permanent basis. You will support the delivery of high-quality early years education, working with individuals and small groups of children to help them learn, develop, and thrive within the EYFS framework. They are looking for someone to start as soon as possible.
Key Responsibilities
- Support children's learning, development, and wellbeing
- Assist with planning and delivering engaging EYFS activities
- Observe, assess, and record children's progress
- Act as a key worker for a group of children
- Build strong relationships with parents and carers
- Promote inclusive practice, supporting SEN and individual needs
- Ensure a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment
- Support daily routines including mealtimes, hygiene, and play
What We're Looking For
- Level 3 qualification in Childcare
