We are looking for a dedicated Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join one of our partner Nurseries in Northampton. The role is a full-time position, starting in January 2026.
You will play a key role in providing high-quality care and education for our children, supporting their development through purposeful play and learning. As part of the room team, you’ll plan and deliver engaging activities, act as a key person for a small group of children and work closely with parents to ensure every child feels safe, supported, and inspired to learn.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, deliver, and evaluate a variety of engaging and age‑appropriate learning experiences aligned with the EYFS.
- Act as a key person, observing, assessing, and recording children’s progress while building strong relationships with families.
- Ensure the safety, wellbeing, and inclusion of all children, always following safeguarding and health & safety procedures.
- Work collaboratively with your team to create a positive, welcoming, and stimulating environment where children can thrive.
- Support the room leader and management team in maintaining high standards of care, organisation, and curriculum delivery.
Prerequisites
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of the EYFS framework, child development, and safeguarding.
- Experience working in an early year setting (nursery, preschool, or similar).
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and organisational skills.
- A genuine passion for supporting children’s early learning and development.
