Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting pupils in class, in small groups, or 1:1
- Helping deliver learning activities and classroom tasks
- Promoting positive behaviour, inclusion, and engagement
- Supporting pupils' academic, social, and emotional development
- Working collaboratively with teachers and support teams
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Have experience supporting children in schools
- Hold a TA qualification (preferred but not essential)
- Have an Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply for one)
- Be adaptable and confident across different year groups
- Be proactive, caring, and reliable
- Be committed to safeguarding and helping pupils progress
