Simply Education are looking for a Associate Recruitment Consultant to join our Nantwich team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

What you'll be doing
You'll start by sourcing and supporting education candidates - helping teachers and support staff find work in schools across Cheshire.
As you grow into the role, you'll develop into a full 360 Recruitment Consultant, managing your own client base and desk, with the opportunity to earn uncapped commission.
- Speaking with and registering new education candidates
- Building relationships with teachers and support staff
- Advertising roles and proactively sourcing candidates
- Supporting schools with their staffing needs across Lincolnshire
- Learning the market from experienced consultants around you
- Progressing, in time, to managing your own clients and desk
