We are now looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join the Simply Education team in our Rochester office. Our schools rely on us bright and early, so our day starts at 7:30am. The Role

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering tailored recruitment solutions that make a real difference to schools across Lincolnshire. You will:

  • Build and manage strong relationships with schools.
  • Source, attract, and place teachers and support staff into temporary and permanent roles.
  • Manage and develop your own candidate pool.
  • Provide a high-touch, consultative service through face-to-face school visits and regular engagement.
  • Understand school challenges and provide effective recruitment solutions.
  • Consistently meet and exceed agreed targets and KPIs.

About You

We’re looking for someone who understands recruitment and the education sector. You’ll bring:

  • Demonstrable experience as a Senior Recruitment Consultant in Education or a similar fast moving sector like Industrial, Hospitality and FMCG with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets, or experience working in a school.
  • Confidence in your ability to communicate with key stakeholders at all levels.
  • A relationship driven approach combined with a consultative sales mindset.
