autism, ADHD, challenging behaviour or complex needs A patient, compassionate and adaptable approach Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to support pupils both
academically and pastorally A commitment to
safeguarding, inclusion and pupil wellbeing ?? About the Role As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you'll work alongside teaching and pastoral staff to support pupils with their learning, confidence and development. Depending on the setting, this could involve
