Cover Supervisor - Secondary Schools across Maidstone

?? What Will You Be Doing?
As a Cover Supervisor, you'll supervise classes during teacher absence using work that has already been prepared by the school.
You'll be responsible for:
- Delivering and supervising pre-set lesson activities
- Keeping pupils focused and engaged
- Managing classroom behaviour effectively
- Supporting pupils with instructions and tasks
- Following safeguarding and school procedures
- Leaving feedback for the class teacher
????? What Am I Looking For?
You'll need to be:
- Confident and comfortable working with secondary-aged pupils
- Able to establish clear boundaries and manage behaviour
- Reliable, organised and adaptable
- A strong communicator
- Passionate about helping pupils have a positive experience at school
Experience within a school is advantageous, although transferable experience working with young people, sports teams, youth groups, tutoring or mentoring can also be relevant.
