Simply Education is currently recruiting passionate and dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistants to support a range of schools across the Skegness area for long-term roles starting in September 2026.

We are working in partnership with local Primary Schools that are seeking skilled TAs to provide high-quality classroom support, helping to create engaging and inclusive learning environments for all pupils.

As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting teaching and learning by:

  • Helping to plan and deliver targeted interventions
  • Supporting pupils with additional needs, where required

Requirements:

  • A recognised Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
  • Previous experience working in a school setting
  • A genuine passion for supporting children's development and learning
