Simply Education is currently recruiting a dedicated and caring Teaching Assistant to work 1:1 with a child in Key Stage 1 at a welcoming primary school around the Boston area. This is a full-time, ongoing position, ideal for someone who is passionate about supporting young learners and helping children reach their full potential.
The Role:
- Providing 1:1 support to a KS1 pupil throughout the school day
- Supporting learning, engagement, and emotional development
- Working closely with the class teacher and SEN staff
- Helping to create a positive, inclusive learning environment
- Implementing strategies to support individual learning needs
The Ideal Candidate:
- Has experience working with primary age children (school-based experience preferred)
- Is patient, nurturing, and reliable
- Has a genuine passion for supporting children on a 1:1 basis
- Holds (or is willing to obtain) an enhanced DBS on the Update Service
- Can commit to full-time, term-time hours
