We are now looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join the Simply Education team in our Lincoln office. Our schools rely on us bright and early, so our day starts at 7:30am. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with proven recruitment experience who wants to grow within a well‑established agency.

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering tailored recruitment solutions that make a real difference to schools across Lincolnshire.

  • Build and manage strong relationships with schools.
  • Source, attract, and place teachers and support staff into temporary and permanent roles.
  • Provide a high-touch, consultative service through face-to-face school visits and regular engagement.
  • Understand school challenges and provide effective recruitment solutions.

We’re looking for someone who understands recruitment and the education sector. Demonstrable experience as a Senior Recruitment Consultant in Education or a similar fast moving sector like Industrial, Hospitality and FMCG with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets, or experience working in a school.
