Simply Education is currently recruiting passionate and dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistants to support a range of schools across the Lincoln area for long-term roles starting in September 2026.
We are working in partnership with local Primary Schools that are seeking skilled TAs to provide high-quality classroom support, helping to create engaging and inclusive learning environments for all pupils.
The Role:
- Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management
- Supporting students on a 1:1 basis or in small groups
- Helping to plan and deliver targeted interventions
- Promoting positive behaviour and engagement
- Supporting pupils with additional needs, where required
What We're Looking For:
- A recognised Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
- Previous experience working in a school setting
- A proactive, adaptable, and enthusiastic approach
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine passion for supporting children's development and learning
