The Role:

We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic English Teacher to join our dedicated English department. You will teach English Language and Literature across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the opportunity to teach at Key Stage 5 for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and challenging English lessons
  • Track and assess student progress in line with school and national standards
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
  • Contribute to curriculum development and departmental planning
  • Participate in school events, enrichment activities, and CPD

What We’re Looking For:

  • A qualified teacher with QTS (or equivalent)
  • A degree in English or a related subject
  • Strong knowledge of the English curriculum and assessment frameworks
  • Excellent classroom management and communication skills
