The Role:
We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic English Teacher to join our dedicated English department. You will teach English Language and Literature across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the opportunity to teach at Key Stage 5 for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging and challenging English lessons
- Track and assess student progress in line with school and national standards
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Contribute to curriculum development and departmental planning
- Participate in school events, enrichment activities, and CPD
Qualifications
- A qualified teacher with QTS (or equivalent)
- A degree in English or a related subject
- Strong knowledge of the English curriculum and assessment frameworks
