We are seeking a proactive, well-organised Design & Technology Technician to join our supportive our school in Princes Risborough.
This is a hands-on role supporting the DT department in delivering high-quality practical lessons across a range of subjects including product design, resistant materials, electronics, and graphics.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain tools, equipment, and materials for practical lessons.

Support teaching staff during lessons and demonstrations.

Ensure the DT workshop complies with health and safety regulations.

Carry out routine maintenance and repairs of machinery (e.g., saws, 3D printers, soldering stations).

Order and manage stock, resources, and supplies.

Assist with displays, exhibitions, and student project setups.
Person Specification:
Essential:

Good practical/technical skills and experience working in a workshop or similar environment.

A clear understanding of health and safety protocols.
