About You
- QTS or a recognised UK teaching qualification is desirable
- Experience teaching English Language and/or English Literature
- Confident delivering English across KS3 and KS4
- GCSE teaching and exam preparation experience is advantageous
- Experience supporting students with SEN and additional learning needs is desirable
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- Able to plan and deliver engaging lessons where required
- A positive, adaptable and professional approach
- Committed to safeguarding, pupil wellbeing and supporting student progress
