As a Nursery Assistant, you will help deliver play-based activities, support routines, work alongside our key-workers and ensure children's day-to-day care and learning are well-managed. Key Responsibilities
- Assist practitioners in delivering stimulating activities and supporting children's learning and development.
- Support children's routines: meals, naps, play, hygiene, and transitions.
- Help maintain a safe, clean and organised environment for children and staff.
- Communicate with key workers and parents/carers about children's wellbeing and daily experience.
Prerequisites
- Level 2 in Early Years/Childcare or equivalent experience (minimum).
- A cheerful, reliable and proactive approach.
- Good interpersonal skills, able to work as part of a team.
- Clear understanding of confidentiality, safeguarding and safe working practices.
