Simply Education is seeking an exceptional Head Teacher to join an innovative Alternative Provision in Wolverhampton, supporting students from Year 7 through Year 11. Role OverviewAs Head Teacher, you will:

- Drive the strategic development and long-term direction of the provision.

- Lead the development of an ambitious curriculum that meets the needs of all learners.
- Inspire staff through clear vision, high expectations and visible leadership.
- Operational Excellence
- Take responsibility for day-to-day leadership and ensure the smooth running of the provision.
- Secure outstanding teaching, targeted intervention and exceptional learning experiences.
- Raise attainment and progress particularly in English, Maths and personal development.
- Oversee high-quality self-evaluation and deliver effective improvement planning.
- People & Culture
- Lead, develop and empower staff, deploying people and resources effectively.
- Build a culture where students and staff feel safe, respected and able to flourish.
- Promote equal opportunities and champion inclusion at every level.
- Safeguarding & Governance
- Ensure safeguarding is rigorous, proactive and deeply embedded across the provision.
- Maintain strong multi-agency partnerships to support the most vulnerable learners.
- Report to governance structures in line with the annual cycle.
