We are recruiting a Year 4 / Year 5 Class Teacher for a full‑time, long‑term position in a primary school in the Sleaford area, starting September 2026.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum for a mixed Year 4 / Year 5 class.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and achievement.
  • Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress.
  • Differentiation of learning to meet the needs of all pupils.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents to ensure the best outcomes for children.

Qualifications

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
