At Simply Education, we're excited to be working with a welcoming specialist residential home that supports young adults with complex learning disabilities and additional needs. No experience? That's absolutely fine. If you have the right attitude and a willingness to learn, you'll receive full training and a fully funded Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification.

What the role involves:

  • Every night is different, but your role will be centred around making sure the young adults feel safe, comfortable and supported.
  • You'll help with bedtime and morning routines, provide personal care where needed, carry out regular wellbeing checks and be there to offer reassurance and support throughout the night.
  • During quieter periods, you'll also help with light housekeeping to keep the home running smoothly.

What we’re looking for:

  • We’re looking for someone who is kind, patient and reliable, with good communication skills and a positive outlook.
  • If you’re happy working as part of a team, willing to learn and can work a rota that includes alternate weekends, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll get in return:

  • £25 extra for every night shift worked
  • £1,500 Welcome Bonus
  • Fully funded Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification
  • Full training and ongoing career development
