No experience? That's absolutely fine. If you have the right attitude and a willingness to learn, you'll receive full training and a fully funded Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification.
What the role involves:
- Every night is different, but your role will be centred around making sure the young adults feel safe, comfortable and supported.
- You'll help with bedtime and morning routines, provide personal care where needed, carry out regular wellbeing checks and be there to offer reassurance and support throughout the night.
- During quieter periods, you'll also help with light housekeeping to keep the home running smoothly.

- We’re looking for someone who is kind, patient and reliable, with good communication skills and a positive outlook.
- If you’re happy working as part of a team, willing to learn and can work a rota that includes alternate weekends, we’d love to hear from you.
