As a SEND Teacher, you will
Deliver engaging English or PSHE lessons tailored to individual learning needs.
Teach small classes in a supportive, nurturing environment.
Help students build confidence, resilience and independence.
Monitor progress and provide regular feedback to students, parents and carers.
Promote positive behaviour and create a safe, inclusive classroom.
Work closely with teaching assistants and the wider school team to achieve the best outcomes for every student.
What We're Looking For
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS).
Experience working with children or young people with SEND, SEMH or additional needs A caring, patient and resilient approach.
Strong classroom management and communication skills.
A genuine passion for helping every child succeed.
