An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive specialist educational setting in Upminster. The successful candidate will work closely with students who have a range of special educational needs, helping them to access learning, develop confidence, and achieve their individual goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide one-to-one and small-group support for pupils with special educational needs.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patient, empathetic, and resilient approach.

  • Relevant qualifications in education, childcare, health and social care, or psychology are advantageous but not essential.
