As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping our pupils succeed - both academically and personally - by providing individualised support and building positive, trusting relationships.
About the Role:
- Work closely with teachers to support pupils' learning, behaviour, and emotional needs.
- Deliver tailored interventions and adapt activities to suit different learning styles and abilities.
- Provide 1:1 and small group support, helping pupils to engage and progress.
- Help create a calm, therapeutic, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Support the delivery of EHCP targets and contribute to progress reviews.
- Act as a key adult for pupils, offering encouragement, structure, and emotional support.
