About the Role:

  • Work closely with teachers to support pupils' learning, behaviour, and emotional needs.
  • Deliver tailored interventions and adapt activities to suit different learning styles and abilities.
  • Provide 1:1 and small group support, helping pupils to engage and progress.
  • Help create a calm, therapeutic, and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Support the delivery of EHCP targets and contribute to progress reviews.
  • Act as a key adult for pupils, offering encouragement, structure, and emotional support.
