Simply Education is seeking caring, motivated and reliable Teaching Assistants and Level 3 Nursery Practitioners for opportunities in Gainsborough and the surrounding areas, including DN21 and DN22.
Whether you prefer supporting children in a school classroom or helping younger children develop in an early years setting, we would love to hear from you.
As a Teaching Assistant, you may:
- Support teachers with classroom learning and activities.
- Help pupils build confidence and independence.
- Provide individual or small-group support.
- Assist with inclusive learning and SEN support where required.
As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you may:
- Support children's learning through play and exploration.
- Help deliver creative and engaging activities.
- Encourage communication, social development and independence.
- Follow the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements.
What you'll need
- Experience working with children in a school or nursery.
- A Level 3 childcare qualification for Nursery Practitioner roles.
- Patience, enthusiasm and strong communication skills.
- A reliable and professional approach.
- A genuine interest in children's learnig and development.
