Overview
Simply Education is working with secondary schools based in the Daventry and Rugy area seeking day to day and short term Supply Teachers for their absent needs. These absences can be daily or short term and we do have long term requirements as well, but dependant on the Teachers requirements we will discuss roles accordingly.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day and short-term supply teaching to cover absences as required by partner schools.
- Discuss and align long-term roles with teachers where appropriate.
Requirements
- You must be eligible to work in the UK
- Ideally hold UK QTS
- Have Strong Classroom Management
- A formal qualification such as a PGCE in Education is essential, although previous experience in a classroom environment would also be considered.
- A Passion for teaching and education
- Have a creative approach to teaching
- Be flexible and adaptable
- Passion for supporting students in their learning
- Possess ambition and drive to become an outstanding class-room practitioner
- Excellent communication and lesson delivery skills
- A hard work ethic.
