Daily Supply, Long-term, Immediate & September Starts

Supply teaching gets a bad reputation. Turning up to an unfamiliar school, different year groups, no prep time. It's not for everyone. But if you thrive on variety, adapt quickly, and love the energy of a primary classroom, it's one of the most rewarding ways to work in education.

Simply Education is recruiting Primary Supply Teachers across our partner schools in Staffordshire. We'll work around your availability and place you in schools that suit how you teach.

What's on offer:

  • 130-170 per day, PAYE available

  • Immediate starts available, September placements also being lined up now
  • Daily supply, short-term cover and long-term placements
  • Temp-to-perm routes available for the right candidates

  • Direct support from Josh, Branch Manager, one point of contact throughout

What the role involves:

  • Delivering high quality lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
  • Adapting quickly to different year groups, schools and class dynamics
  • Maintaining positive behaviour and a structured learning environment
  • Following each school's planning, routines and safeguarding procedures
  • Building relationships with school staff to secure regular, ongoing work

What we need from you:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching across primary age ranges
  • Confidence working in different schools and year groups at short notice
  • Flexible, reliable and professional
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
  • Right to Work in the UK
