Simply Education are working on behalf of an outstanding SEMH school to recruit a passionate Sports Coach who wants to make the move into education and support pupils both inside and outside the classroom.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Sports Coach who is ready to use their expertise to inspire children and young people, helping them develop physically, emotionally, and academically. You will work with pupils who have experienced trauma, supporting them in classroom learning as well as through engaging physical activities and sports sessions.
What You\βll Do:
Support pupils 1:1 and in small groups to access lessons and develop key academic skills
Support sports activity sessions outside of the classroom as a Sports Coach to build confidence, teamwork, and resilience
Help pupils manage emotions and behaviour in both classroom and physical activity settings
Build trusting relationships and create a safe, structured, and nurturing environment
Work alongside teachers and pastoral staff to implement individual support plansWho We\βre Looking For:
Experience as a Sports Coach and a desire to move into an educational setting
