Simply Education is currently recruiting passionate and dedicated Primary Teaching Assistants for a range of opportunities, including work on a basis of day-to-day cover, full-time, part-time, short-term, and long-term within welcoming and supportive primary schools in and around Spalding from September 2026.
What We're Looking For?
- Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is essential.
- Holds a relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable but not essential with suitable experience).
- A patient, nurturing, and adaptable approach.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A genuine passion for education and child development.
