Full-time, Term-time Only - Starting January Permanent Position

About the School

We are a caring, inclusive and vibrant special school for children and young people aged 2-19, supporting a wide spectrum of needs including moderate to severe learning difficulties, autism and complex additional needs. Our purpose-built setting includes specialist facilities such as a nursery base, post-16 provision, soft-play area, hydrotherapy pool, multi-sensory room, IT and music suites, and a large sports hall - enabling us to deliver a rich, stimulating and personalised curriculum. We are passionate about learning, celebrating difference and supporting every pupil to achieve their full potential.

The Role

We are seeking an inspiring, committed and flexible Fully Qualified Teacher to join our team from January. In this role, you will:

  • Plan, deliver and adapt high-quality lessons tailored to pupils' individual learning needs.
  • Create a nurturing, structured and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists and other professionals to support pupils' academic, social and emotional development.
  • Use a range of strategies to promote communication, independence and positive behaviour.
  • Support the safeguarding and well-being of all pupils.

Candidate Profile
