Cover Supervisor - Sevenoaks, Kent Pay: From £110 per day (depending on experience) Flexible Work | Minimum 4 Days Per Week Preferred I'm looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Cover Supervisor to work with some of my lovely secondary schools in and around Sevenoaks. I'm keen to build a great working relationship with someone who genuinely wants to make a difference in the classroom, add real value to the schools they work in and gain further classroom experience along the way. What I'm looking for: Previous teaching or classroom experience is essential. Teaching qualifications are desirable but not essential. Confidence managing a classroom and supporting students' learning. Adaptable teaching techniques to teach students with different diverse learning needs is essential. Ideally available at least 4 days per week. A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine passion for education.What you can expect from me: I want to understand what you're looking for, the type of schools you enjoy working in and where you'd like to develop your experience. I'll work closely with you to find opportunities that suit you, rather than simply placing you wherever there's a vacancy.
