The Role:

As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in our school community. Your responsibilities will include:

-Providing one-on-one support to students with SEND

-Assisting with classroom activities and ensuring a safe learning environment

-Collaborating with teachers and other professionals to develop tailored support plans

-Encouraging and motivating students to build their confidence and independence

-Promoting inclusion and diversity within the school

Qualifications and Experience:

We are looking for candidates who possess:

-Previous experience working or volunteering with children, especially those with SEND

-A caring and empathetic nature

-Strong communication and teamwork skills

-A willingness to learn and adapt to the unique needs of our students
