We are seeking a passionate and experienced SEND Teacher with a PE specialism to deliver high-quality, personalised teaching in a nurturing and supportive environment. The setting offers very small class sizes, with some provisions supporting no more than three pupils per class, allowing teachers to build strong relationships and tailor learning to individual needs. Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging PE lessons that meet a range of learning styles and abilities. Develop personalised learning pathways based on individual needs and targets. Support pupils with complex SEND and challenging behaviours to achieve positive outcomes. Encourage independence, confidence and active engagement in learning.
