About the Opportunity:

We are recruiting multiple SEND Teaching Assistants to support pupils across a range of specialist needs, including ADHD, Autism (ASD), Social Emotional & Mental Health (SEMH), and Profound & Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD). These positions are ideal for individuals who are passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of young people.

Available Roles:

  • ADHD Support
    • Helping pupils with attention, impulsivity, and hyperactivity needs
    • Supporting routines, focus strategies, and classroom engagement
    • Encouraging positive behaviour and emotional regulation
  • ASD Support
    • Using structured routines, visual supports, and communication strategies
    • Supporting sensory needs and low-arousal approaches
    • Helping pupils build independence and confidence
  • SEMH Support
    • Supporting pupils with behavioural, social, and emotional needs
    • Building trust and resilience through consistent, calm support
    • Working with pastoral and behaviour teams to implement strategies
  • PMLD Support
    • Delivering sensory-based learning and therapeutic activities
    • Supporting with mobility, positioning, feeding, and personal care (where required)
    • Working alongside teachers, therapists, and medical professionals
