SEND Lunchtime Teaching Assistant

Are you dedicated to supporting children with Special Educational Needs? Simply Education is excited to announce an opening for a Lunchtime Teaching Assistant to join a SEND school in Scunthorpe. Join a caring school where your support can make a real difference. As a Lunchtime Teaching Assistant, you will need to ensure the students have a safe and enjoyable lunchtime experience. You will assist with meal times, provide supervision and engage students with positive activities. The role will be for 1.5 hours per day.

The ideal candidate:

• Previous experience in a school setting or alternatively, experience in a care setting supporting adults with learning disabilities.
• Adaptable, patient and resilient.
• Relevant qualifications in education or special needs support are advantageous but not essential.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all students.
