The Role:
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will support the learning and wellbeing of our students, ensuring they have the best opportunities to reach their full potential in a safe and caring environment. This role includes:
- Supporting the class teacher in delivering high-quality, challenging, and differentiated educational activities.
- Establishing warm, supportive relationships with pupils to help them feel safe and supported.

- Support the cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development of pupils through a holistic approach.
Skills and Qualifications:
Successful candidates will likely demonstrate:
- Experience working with SEN in either an employed or voluntary setting.
- Understanding of safeguarding principles and child protection procedures.
- Knowledge or experience of working with pupils with SEN or SEMH/ASD.
- GCSE Maths and English Level 2/C or above (essential).
- A positive, creative, and child-first approach to meeting individual needs.
