Simply Education are currently recruiting 4 Teaching Assistants to join a fantastic SEN School in the Chard area. This is a rewarding opportunity for individuals who are passionate about supporting children and young people with Special Educational Needs and who enjoy working in an active, outdoor learning environment.
The Role: As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting students both in the classroom and through outdoor learning activities. You will work closely with teaching staff to help create a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning experience for every pupil.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in outdoor education, outdoor activities, or similar environments
- A positive, patient, and proactive approach
- A genuine passion for supporting children and young people with SEN
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential)
What We Offer:
