I'm currently recruiting for a Grammar School in Medway seeking a Permanent English Teacher to join their department, starting January 2027. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced teacher or ECT who is passionate about English Language and Literature and delivering engaging lessons across the secondary curriculum.

About You:
- QTS or a recognised UK teaching qualification
- Experience teaching English Language and Literature
- Confident delivering English across KS3-KS4, with KS5 experience desirable
- Strong classroom and behaviour management
- GCSE exam preparation and assessment experience advantageous
- Ability to plan engaging and differentiated lessons
- A strong commitment to safeguarding, pupil wellbeing and progress
- ECTs are encouraged to apply
