We are seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated, and inspiring Year 3 Teacher to work in one of our fantastic primary schools in West Northamptonshire from September 2026. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate teacher who is committed to delivering high-quality learning experiences and helping pupils achieve their full potential in a nurturing and inclusive environment. This role is a part-time role, days to be discussed with the school, to work in KS2 sharing 50% of the teaching.

The successful candidate will:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and creative lessons across the KS2 curriculum
  • Foster a positive and stimulating classroom environment
  • Support pupils' academic, social, and emotional development
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community
  • Contribute positively to the wider life of the school

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Has experience teaching within KS2
  • Demonstrates excellent classroom practice and behaviour management
  • Is passionate about raising standards and pupil achievement
  • Has strong communication and organisational skills
  • Works effectively as part of a team
